Our Mission
At WeWellness, we believe community becomes health—and health becomes community. We exist to reimagine post-discharge care—not as a clinical exchange, but as a communal transformation.
Our Ultimate Vision: A future where care extends beyond hospital walls—where smart technology and human connection close gaps, honor dignity, and co-create lasting health with communities.
Who We Are
WeWellness is more than a company—we’re a collective of innovators, caregivers, visionaries, and community members working together to rehumanize health.
Our approach integrates pioneering AI, empathetic human skill, and people-centered narratives. We also use connective media to create end-to-end systems. These systems work for people and deliver measurable outcomes for health partners.
What We Do

🌿 CWell (Center for Wellness Equity Leadership & Learning + The Samarra Suite):
CWell is our hub for innovation. It is also our center for education. It is also the powerhouse behind The Samarra Suite.

🌿 WeWell Productions: Our storytelling & education arm—transforming understanding and fostering cultural humility through multimedia content and immersive learning. We amplify voices, build trust, and make health literacy accessible and engaging.

🌿 The WellGrown Collective: Our human-centered delivery arm—where community becomes health, and health becomes community. Our Health Coaches and Community Health Workers build trust. They give compassionate support. They guarantee seamless transitions home. They lead neighborhood initiatives addressing real-world needs.
Our Founder
Founded by Candace Turner, a health innovator, educator, and believer in the power of community, WeWellness has a clear mission. It aims to build health systems where people feel seen, supported, and encouraged.
Candace’s vision is guided by faith. It is shaped by lived experience. It is rooted in the belief that healing is strongest when we do it together.
Let’s Grow Together
We invite you to be part of this journey—whether as a partner, a supporter, or a member of our community. Because when community flourishes, health flourishes.
